We want you to love your Kirstin Ash pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Kirstin Ash gift box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
